Praying 2014 is better than 2013 felt like I was living in a nightmare
I want to own Real Estate develop property and help people who like me have horrible credit and would not qualify for a rental or home purchase.My homes would be clean well maintained .The Money team, Bloomberg, @Floyd Mayweather,@Michael Bloomberg, @Tyler Perry @Oprah Winfrey and many others are welcom to donate.I honor and appreciate all donations and would personally thank you.Renting an apartment where maintenance and security watch your every move may even be bold enough to enter your apartment and steal things knowing you are gone. makes like hard and you paranoid, my tires are constantly flat and every time I leave someone's ear is at my door.Why is everyone listening and watching me? My business would make people happy and proud to live in their apartment and secure that they are safe and no one is violating them. The maintenance guy has the keys to all apartments at anytime I would have accountability every time you have to enter a apartment the owner/ renter should be there or be notified. I've witnessed them going in others apartment when the renter was not there and ne'er notified.This will never happen at Katherine Hayes Development.
